We’ve only known her a short while (that’s how good she is!), but she took care of us so well throughout this entire process. She good-naturedly walked us through how to consider various house options, helped us to make an offer, and brilliantly saw the deal through. She was incredibly professional, patient with ALL our questions, considerate about how overwhelming the process of buying a place is, and helped so much to figure out solutions to Vancouver-specific issues we couldn’t even have guessed. She is so totally easy-going and trustworthy.
We discovered that Tracey has infinite knowledge about the city, the positive and negatives of various neighbourhoods, the different kinds of home types, and she was so, so, SO generous about taking us around, spending time explaining all kinds of squirrely details, going over paperwork, making sure the tasks fit our timeframe, and informing herself at every step with how the process would work best for us. She is truly a treasure, and I can’t praise her enough. Anyone would be very lucky to have Tracey on their side in the confusing arena of home properties. We’re so happy with our place and never want to sell, but if we did, Tracey Rinas would be our only phone call!
